Man Rescued From His Roof

Tuesday August 26 2014

A BARNSLEY man had to be rescued from his roof after getting stuck.

Firefighters were called out to Highstone Avenue, Worsbrough Common, at around 9pm on Friday night.

The man - who was said to have climbed up "to get something" - was helped down with ladders by a fire crew.

He didn’t suffer any injuries.

What a plank. As if the emergency services don't have enough to cope with, they get idiots like this climbing on the roof of his house without thinking of the consequences !!

I know who got stuck on the roof. It was daft getting up there but how else could he have gotten down? It's all part of life. Although I however do not want to get stuck on a rooftop. I'm far too afraid of heights haha.
