Stagecoach's Day Pass Cost To Increase

Tuesday April 1 2014

A DAY pass on Stagecoach services in Barnsley will increase by 20p from April 13.

The bus provider blamed rising costs and reduced investment in bus services for the increase, leaving it with 'no choice' but to hike up fares.

Paul Lynch, managing director of Stagecoach Yorkshire, said: "We know fare changes are frustrating for our passengers, but we have done our best to keep changes to a minimum in the face of rising costs across a number of areas of our business."

Kenneth, work harder! If you work extra hard, you may be able to afford a car.

you should be happy you have had a 1% there's loads out there that have had none. But looking at their fares you really should buy a pass on the smart card and have it paid through your bank monthly it's the cheapest way and if you have kids get them the weekly at a £5 for south yourkshire
