Monday February 10 2014

Blockbuster Blockbuster

THE former Blockbuster shop in Barnsley town centre will be split into three units so it can become a takeaway, restaurant or cafe.

The two-storey premises, on Peel Street, had closed in December, but plans to change its use have been given the green light by Barnsley Council.

The plans - submitted by Bharat Patel - will see its ground floor split into three potential units.
