Commiserations to the family. I sincerely hope that the idiot/s responsible go down for murder. Keep them off the streets!

RIP Dean you didn't deserve to have your life cruelly taken away by the scum that murdered you. My heartfelt sympathy to your family. We grew up together in this community and it was a good place then this evil man comes to our village and commits an evil act and you pay for this with your life. I hope he is locked up and the key thrown away. The death penalty should be brought back - a life for a life!

this brought tears to my eye's, this poor man has had his life taken away, and his family are left to grieve for him............. the world is becoming crazy !!!!.......... bring back hanging, the law is too soft and thats why crime and violence is at an all time high, because they get away with it too lightly....... i agree with comments made, a life for a life, bring back hanging !!!........... hope the scum gets what they deserve !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very sorry to hear this sad news.

It surely is about time a referendum was held and we all had a say on bringing back the death penalty for such crimes.

What a terrible thing to happen. Heartfelt sympathies to this man's family. What kind of world do we live in when you can't even safely defend your own property. So, so awful.

Makes me sick that a man had to die protecting his possessions that he worked hard for! And the man that has now taken his life had no intention of working for his things - just wanted to take them from someone else! Scum. Deepest sympathy to Dean's family xxx

RIP Dean and thoughts still with his wife and children.
Well done to the judge on locking the thieving, dirty, up for a minimum 24 years, although I think he should have had the power to send him to face the noose.
