The route through Barnsley will start at Monk Bretton Priory, go through the Town Centre and end at Darton College, before going on to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

As a Barnsley born and bred person who did the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch relay... If you get chance? Do it. It truly is once in a lifetime for the vast majority. It will always be treasured.

I could not care less about some torch, it is very lame to stand and watch someone run a few feet with a torch for something that everyone knows will only benefit London.
