Hoyland Woman Shares Home With 41 Dogs

Monday February 25 2013

DOG-mad Lynn Morgan loves her pets so much she shares her semi-detached home with 41 of them.

Lynn, 47, breeds French bulldogs and has 25 of them, along with six Chinese Crested dogs and ten miniature English bull terriers.

"I have always had no less than 15 or 16 dogs," said Lynn, who also shares the home with her husband Tony, 66.

She says breeders tend to get rid of dogs once they're no longer used for breeding but she doesn't and keeps them all, including some of the puppies.

"I have to keep them and then when they die I have them cremated and keep their ashes in pretty boxes on my windowsill," she says.

Lynn says she had five chest freezers and spends £280 on tripe each month to feed her pets. She also buys copious amounts fabric softener for the dogs' blankets and there is a miniature bed for them in the front room.

What about the poor neighbours!? Does she manage to walk them all every day? How on earth does she pay for their food? Vets? Flea and worming treatments? Unless you live in a very large house with a large garden surely you shouldn't be allowed to keep that many dogs!

this person has £90,000 worth of dogs on her property approx ! and she lives in a 3 bed seim looks like she could do with buying a bar of saop instead of another dog ! she has contradicted herself numerous times in that interview ! many of the puppies she has sold on have had genetic defects ! and some even have died, she gives away those fluffy things as a bribe to keep people qiet and even sells the so called rare dogs on payment plans ! apart from the fact they are all on fake papers they have more Chi running through them than most Chi's

This is not a good news story it;s more likely neglect, even if she was awake 24 hours a day, and all she did was tend the dogs it would mean that she would have 35 minutes per day per dog to give undivided time to.

and you are not allowed two chickens in your garden

Ask yourself this . . Would she have that many if she wasnt making a small tax free fortune them ? The answer is no! If she wasnt aloud to sell them I bet her numbers would be much less. This makes her not a pet lover but another unwanted backyard breeder. If she loved them as much as she says sge wouldnt be panic breeding them dry to make money, and would have less to give them attention. That house must be disgusthpng inside and of poor condition for these dogs, rspca should be looking in to this to make sure the dogs quality of life is ok and they arnt living in their own s*it, there is no way that home is clean enough to be breeding in. Makes me sick.

If I was you lot I would be very careful what you are writing on social networking sites as this can lead to prosecution, just look at Lord Mcalpine. Are you people just presuming or going on facts?

If she's in council she is only allowed 2 dogs and should tell them including inland revenue if she is earning from breeding........bet she's not

She is licensed and I've had two dogs from her that are fit and healthy I think it's a disgrace that you are all commenting on how her appearance looks she loves her dogs more than most and because of that she is getting flack from judgemental people that haven't a clue what they are talking about !! She also has show dogs around the world !! Always people willing to pounce on others even if they don't know them you make me sick!!

Bought my first miniature bull terrier from her, my dog died at 2.5 years old. This breeder took no responsibility and denied it was hereditarily. Her animals and house is a disgrace. As far as I am aware she has moved on to breeding frenchies and cresteds, much more expensive breeds and many more health problems !!! There has been so much heartache caused by her unscrupulous breeding !!!
