Barnsley Hospice Gets Excellent Feedback

A SURVEY has shown that 99 per cent of people who expressed an opinion think Barnsley Hospice gives a very good or excellent service.
The survey of more than 700 people showed that 61 per cent thought services were ”excellent”, 19 per cent thought they “very good”, one per cent said “satisfactory”, and the remaining 19 per cent ticked “don’t know”.
Hospice chief executive Ian Carey, said: “This shows that people who come into contact with us are happy with the service they receive. However, we are not complacent and always strive to do our very best for the people of Barnsley and we are always looking at ways of improving what we offer.”
