PLAYERS from Barnsley Football Club made a special delivery to the hospital yesterday - taking presents for the children's ward.

The management and playing staff were encouraged by manager Keith Hill to club together and buy televisions and portable DVD players for the ward.

Keith said: "Your health is your wealth and I think it's important to support the local community and hospital, especially at this time.

"It also helps bring a bit of perspective and reality away from football and to see what other people have to go through."

Probably won't be the most like for this comment- but if they had parked Legally like everyone else has too they wouldn't have got tickets. Noone should get special treatment just because of there station in life.

I think they should have them revoked if they have 'clubbed together' for the gifts as they have done a good thing this Xmas for the children in the hospital. If they haven't, then they should pay the fine. That's my opinion though.
