Entrepenuer Lines Up Barnsley Visit

AN ENTREPENUER who started his business in Barnsley and ended up with 500 shops across the UK will be returning to town tomorrow.
Card Factory founder Dean Hoyle opened his first shop in Barnsley before going on to build a nationwide card empire of over 500 shops employing over 5,000 staff.
He will be appearing at the Barnsley Business Conference at the Metrodome on Thursday.
The day-long Conference, which is free to attend, features a packed programme of business specific seminars, an exhibition hall housing close to 50 local businesses and a clinic where delegates can get expert help.
Barnsley Central MP Dan Jarvis said: “It’s important that in these tough times, Barnsleybusinesses do everything they can to support one another."
