Simone Grins And Bears It For Charity Fundraising

A WOMBWELL woman has done a ten mile walk for charity - dressed as a bear.
Simone Foster-Jowett, the landlady of the Anglers Rest in Wombwell raised almost £300 for Help the Heroes by completing the walk which took her almost five hours.
She was dressed as the charity's trademark bear - complete with jungle camouflage, green beret and arm sling.
Simone has raised £1,664.23 for the charity in two years through a number of fundraisers.
