Other sporting activities include Zumba, ten pin bowling and new aged Kurling. The Northern Ballet group will also be attending to do taster sessions.
The first event is on Sept 6 at 6.30 – 8.30pm. The second event runs on Sept 11 at 10am – 3pm.
Molly Walker, of Barnsley Inclusive Sports and Fitness Forum, said: “The 2012 Paralympic games is a wonderful moment for British sport and for people with disabilities. The individuals at the games are supreme athletes and a true inspiration to our entire nation.
"First and foremost it’s a day of sporting fun but we really want people with disabilities to come down to the Metrodome and just have a go”
