a month to make it public, like wtf???
they'll get away with it as per, but yet if he'd have defended himself, HE'S the one that would have been arrested for assualting a minor. The sooner parents start putting effort into raising their kids, andstopped smoking dope and sitting in pubs all day, and make their "little darlings" behave, the better for everyone.

im afraid the police have to take any abuse coming their way on this one ,, it smacks of inability or disintrest to investigate ,, they will blame cuts but as prievious said , if it was other way around they would have been on the poor lads doorstep in a hurry,,, time to improve your standards and stop blaming everything else for any incompetence

@ the rest of the cop bashers why don't you try doing their job with the legal system in place and then comment. They can only investigate if people like you lot were willing to give evidence and attend court and let's face it you never do.
