Police Say 'No Suspicious Circumstances' In Hoyland Common Death

POLICE investigators called to Hoyland Common this morning when a body was discovered believe there were no suspicious circumstances.
Emergency services attended an address on Sheffield Road at about 11.04am today (Tuesday, 14 August) where they discovered the body of a 31-year-old man.
A spokesman said: "At this time there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
"Emergency services found some suspicious liquid at the house and a cordon was put in place in the surrounding area as a precautionary measure. The liquid was eventually identified to be a harmless substance."
Road closures that were in place nearby have now been lifted.
