TEMPORARY traffic lights will remain in place over Easter weekend following a burst water main in Monk Bretton, yesterday.
Barnsley Council says that Yorkshire Water is continuing to deal with the problem on Burton Road between Old Tannery Way and Newlyn Drive.
Following repairs to the water main, the road will be closed again from 7am on Tuesday April 2 so repairs to the road and pavement can be completed safely.
