Please note Solicitors fees are waived for simple wills, if your will is deemed ‘complex’ and for example involves tax or other specialist legal advice, a fee for any additional work will be agreed in advance.

There is no obligation to remember Barnsley Hospice in your will, however leaving a legacy whether small or large is a wonderful way to continue supporting a cause which your care deeply about.
